About the role

We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to work remotely, focusing on placing lawyers. You will operate on UK business hours, supporting partial USA coverage, and earn a base salary plus commission on successful placements.

Key responsibilities

Conduct 3.75 hours of phone outreach daily to potential candidates.
Perform 5 hours of research and outreach each day to build a pipeline of legal professionals.
Participate in 1 hour of daily training sessions and meetings.
Manage a workload of 47.5 hours per week, aligning with UK hours (10 AM‑8:15 PM).
Collaborate with high‑performing billers handling $500k‑$1 M accounts.

Required profile

Strong drive and self‑motivation.
Experience in white‑collar recruitment, preferably within the legal sector.
Willingness to work long hours covering partial USA time zones.

Base salary of 35,000‑40,000 ZAR per month.
10% commission on placements ranging from $25,000 to $100,000.
