We are a PE‑backed recruitment agency specialising in senior‑level real estate talent across the UK and Europe. We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to work remotely from Cape Town, supporting a Director‑level recruiter on UK business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Map talent pools and identify senior candidates in the real‑estate sector.
• Approach and engage candidates, managing pipelines from brief to shortlist.
• Support live search assignments, delivering high‑quality shortlists for high‑profile mandates.
• Maintain detailed research records and ensure commercial impact of sourcing activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment research or resourcing.
• Excellent written and spoken English for communication with senior professionals across the UK and Europe.
• Ability to work independently and manage time across UK business hours.
• Strong attention to detail and capacity to handle multiple briefs simultaneously.
• Professional, confident communication style when engaging senior candidates.
