Recruitment Consultant – Outbound US Construction Focus

About the role

This position is an outbound recruitment consultant role focused on the U.S. construction market. You will work remotely, engaging candidates across heavy civil infrastructure, general building, data centre, and water/wastewater sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, contact, and qualify construction professionals across the United States.
• Maintain a high-volume pipeline of candidates while delivering a personalized experience.
• Collaborate with internal sales and consulting teams to match talent with client project needs.
• Track outreach metrics, manage candidate data, and report on performance against targets.
• Operate independently during U.S. business hours, ensuring timely communication with both candidates and clients.

Required profile

• 2‑6 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or B2B sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
• Excellent verbal communication, persuasive and confident on the phone.
• Self‑driven, resilient, and comfortable with high‑rejection environments.
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
