About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our high‑performing team in Cape Town. In this office‑based role you will build lasting relationships with clients and candidates, delivering tailored recruitment solutions across a range of sectors.

Key responsibilities

Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with corporate clients.
Understand client hiring needs and provide customised recruitment strategies.
Source, screen and place high‑calibre candidates.
Guide candidates through the recruitment process and negotiate offers.
Create and manage engaging job advertisements.
Utilise multiple sourcing platforms to identify top talent.

Required profile

2–3 years experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Sales Consultant.
Proven cold‑calling and business development track record.
Experience working on a placement‑partner model.
Strong organisational, commercial and target‑driven mindset.
Degree or Honours in Industrial Psychology, Marketing, Business or related field.
