About the role

We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team in Benoni, Johannesburg. This full‑time, office‑based position involves sourcing and placing candidates across various sectors while delivering an excellent experience for both clients and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, including new business development.
• Conduct telesales activities and manage job advertisements.
• Coordinate interview schedules and oversee the recruitment process from start to finish.
• Maintain accurate records, administrative documentation, and candidate databases.
• Utilise recruitment software and CRM systems effectively.
• Ensure a high‑quality candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Required profile

• Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.
• Comfortable working in a target‑driven, fast‑paced environment.
• Quick learner with the capacity to adopt new software and systems rapidly.
• High attention to detail and effective workload prioritisation.
