Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract qualified candidates for current technology and niche roles using diverse sourcing channels.
• Conduct thorough screenings to evaluate technical expertise, experience, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships and provide timely updates to clients.
• Achieve daily and monthly placement targets while meeting agreed turnaround times.
• Leverage social platforms and personal networks rather than relying solely on job boards.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience as an IT recruiter or similar talent‑acquisition role.
• Proven ability to fill niche technology positions quickly and efficiently.
• Strong understanding of current tech trends and market conditions.
• Excellent communication skills and a client‑focused mindset.
