Recruiter – US Healthcare Travel Therapy (Remote, EST Hours)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, high‑energy Recruiter to build and manage the candidate pipeline for a fast‑growing US‑based travel therapy staffing company. The role is fully remote, operates on EST business hours, and focuses on sourcing licensed clinicians for 13‑week travel contracts across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech‑Language Pathologists, and Nurses through platforms such as Vivian, Allied Travel Careers, LinkedIn, and Facebook groups.
• Respond quickly to inbound applications, convert interest into qualified pipeline candidates, and maintain consistent communication throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Conduct back‑to‑back screening interviews to assess experience, credentials, availability, and role fit.
• Prepare and submit accurate candidate profiles for open travel contract positions.
• Maintain and update the candidate pipeline with discipline and accuracy.

Required profile

• Strong relationship‑building skills with a passion for placing candidates.
• Comfortable working EST hours (9 AM‑6 PM EST) and on both South African and US public holidays.
• Reliable fixed‑fibre internet (minimum 25 Mbps) and a dependable power‑backup solution.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, remote environment with minimal supervision.
