About the role

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Recruiters / Talent Search Specialists to join our team and support our clients across various locations, with an immediate need in Pretoria. The role focuses on sourcing, screening and placing candidates for a range of open positions.

Key responsibilities

• Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Utilize job boards, social media and networking to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct initial phone and in‑person interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand hiring needs and provide timely updates.
• Guide candidates through the recruitment process, including offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Stay up‑to‑date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proven track record of successfully placing candidates across various industries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with recruitment software and social media for sourcing and candidate management.
