Recruiter (Talent Acquisition)

About the role

RemoteLegalStaff connects talented legal professionals worldwide with U.S. law firms. As a Recruiter you will join the internal recruitment team and focus on one of three specialist tracks – Marketing & Sourcing, Screening & Assessment, or Profiling – to source, assess and place talent from Latin America, the Philippines, South Africa and other global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates across multiple regions, building proactive pipelines.
• Develop and manage employer‑brand touchpoints, recruitment campaigns and candidate pipelines according to your specialist track.
• Screen candidates for foundation, communication, judgment and critical thinking, assessing mindset, urgency and ownership.
• Conduct structured, competency‑based interviews and document evaluations.
• Use AI tools and ATS platforms daily as core parts of the workflow.
• Maintain multiple open roles simultaneously while preserving quality standards.
• Partner with Operations to ensure hires align with long‑term retention goals.
• Continuously improve sourcing systems, screening frameworks or profiling processes based on track focus.

Required profile

• 3+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably staffing or agency background.
• Demonstrated active‑sourcing skills (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, passive outreach).
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Solid judgment with ability to make fast, evidence‑based candidate decisions.
• Comfortable working with global talent pools, especially LATAM, Philippines and South Africa.
• Experience with ATS platforms, Google Workspace and Slack.
