About the role

The Bulk Recruiter will manage high‑volume recruitment campaigns, ensuring timely sourcing, screening, selection and placement of candidates to meet operational needs and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end bulk recruitment for high‑volume vacancies, sourcing candidates via job portals, social media, referrals and community initiatives.
• Screen CVs, conduct telephonic interviews, coordinate assessments and interviews with hiring managers, and ensure vacancies are filled within agreed turnaround times.
• Maintain candidate communication, verify documentation, coordinate background and qualification checks, and facilitate onboarding.
• Keep accurate records in the ATS, track recruitment metrics, prepare regular reports and ensure compliance with policies and data protection laws.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, operational teams and clients to understand workforce requirements and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) qualification; HR or related qualification advantageous.
• 2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in bulk or high‑volume hiring.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and handling large candidate pipelines.
