Recruiter – High‑Energy Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

TalentDome is seeking a high‑energy, resilient Recruiter to drive its talent pipeline. You will source, engage, and manage candidates across multiple markets while working within a unique shift structure that spans US and South African time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Source, identify, and engage high‑quality candidates using LinkedIn and other digital tools.
• Conduct heavy outbound outreach, including direct messaging and high‑volume phone dialing to screen potential candidates.
• Manage and organize candidate data, tracking pipelines across Gmail, Google Sheets, and internal systems.
• Maintain clear, professional, and persuasive communication with candidates throughout the hiring loop.
• Generate client leads and create outreach templates for those clients.
• Serve as the primary contact for candidate questions.
• Meet weekly quotas related to outbound calls and emails.

Required profile

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate value quickly.
• Fearlessness on the phone – comfortable making cold calls and handling rejection.
• Strong digital proficiency with practical exposure to Gmail, Google Sheets, and LinkedIn.
• High adaptability and time‑management skills to navigate the shifting time‑zone schedule.
• Bachelor’s degree.
