About the role
Agrinet is seeking a permanent Receptionist for its Centurion office. The role involves handling the switchboard, welcoming visitors, and providing general administrative support.
Key responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and operate the switchboard.
- Welcome and direct visitors to the appropriate departments.
- Receive, sort and distribute mail and courier parcels.
- Obtain signatures for deliveries when required.
- Perform a range of general administrative duties.
Required profile
- Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate.
- At least 1 year of receptionist or switchboard experience.
- Computer literacy.
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Strong communication and administrative skills.
