About the role
The client is looking for a Receptionist to act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. The role focuses on delivering timely and equitable assistance to individuals affected by motor vehicle accidents, helping them access appropriate social benefits.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate front‑desk activities and maintain a welcoming environment for all visitors.
- Answer and direct telephone queries professionally.
- Provide information on social benefit eligibility and support qualifying individuals.
- Report daily activities to the Manager, Customer Care.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on fairness and empathy.
- Ability to handle sensitive information related to accident victims.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Reliability in maintaining accurate front‑desk records.
Required skills
- Effective interpersonal communication.
- Organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer literacy for handling calls and records.
