About the role
We are seeking a socially skilled, warm and professional front‑line receptionist to join our team in Irene, Pretoria. The role combines traditional front‑office duties with modern technology, including the use of AI tools and Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Manage appointments, telephone calls and visitor reception.
- Update company data electronically and handle document control for non‑technical records.
- Arrange accommodation, travel and interview logistics.
- Take and distribute meeting minutes, book boardrooms and respond to website/social media queries.
Required profile
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English with a proven track record in customer service.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure and handle confidential information discreetly.
- Own transport for occasional travel during office hours.
Required skills
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Typing speed of at least 50 wpm with 95 % accuracy.
- Experience using Teams for collaboration.
- Familiarity with Labournet software (preferred).
