About the role
The Receiving Clerk will operate within a mechanisation environment, delivering customer service, marketing support and handling incoming stock. The role combines front‑office interaction with inventory control and administrative duties.
Key responsibilities
- Provide customer service and marketing support to clients.
- Manage inventory, including receiving, stock verification and shelf upkeep.
- Perform routine administrative tasks such as record keeping and documentation.
Required profile
- Grade 12 qualification.
- 3‑6 months of service training in a mechanisation environment.
- 1‑2 years of relevant experience (preferred).
- Valid driver’s licence.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication in Afrikaans and English.
- Sales and marketing aptitude.
- Organisational ability.
