Recall Specialist – Fixed Term

About the role

The Recall Specialist will lead the planning, coordination and execution of all legacy and current recall campaigns for Stellantis brands across South Africa and Sub‑Saharan Africa. Working closely with Aftersales, Marketing and external suppliers, the role ensures timely, clear communication to dealers and customers while maintaining high completion rates.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and interpret recall requirements for all Stellantis brands.
• Maintain daily recall records, tracking completed, open, newly launched and legacy recalls.
• Monitor dealer capacity and report on recall progress, escalating gaps to Aftersales leadership.
• Conduct dealer audits, performance reviews and site visits to second‑tier suppliers to locate vehicles needing recall work.
• Develop action plans with dealers and suppliers to complete repairs and manage parts stock.
• Ensure compliance with workshop standards, CI requirements and franchised minimums.
• Support additional Aftersales initiatives such as technical training, events and revenue‑generating projects.

Required profile
