Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (Appointment Setter)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Inside Sales Agent to join a growing team. Working remotely, you will contact prospective buyers, sellers, landlords, investors and other leads, qualify them, and schedule appointments for our real‑estate professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to new and existing leads in the CRM.
• Qualify leads to ensure they have a clear real‑estate need and accurate contact information.
• Book and confirm qualified appointments on the team calendar.
• Enter detailed notes in Follow Up Boss after each call.
• Send follow‑up texts or emails as needed and report daily activity.
• Escalate hot leads immediately and provide feedback to improve scripts.
• Stay informed about market trends and collaborate on sales strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in telemarketing, sales or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle rejection.
• Real‑estate experience is mandatory; basic knowledge of property management is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems (Follow Up Boss preferred).
• Proficiency with computers and standard software for record‑keeping and communication.
