About the role
Progression Group is looking for energetic, confident individuals to start a career in sales. No prior experience is required – we will provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Promote and present products and services
- Assist customers throughout the sales process
- Generate new sales and work towards set targets
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate effectively as part of a sales team
- Learn and apply professional sales techniques
Required profile
- Age between 18 and 30
- Matric Certificate or NQF Level 4
- Valid South African ID
- Good communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Confident and energetic personality
- Own a smartphone
