About the role
Take full cost ownership of your own projects. This is a Pretoria‑based role with an established employer running a steady project pipeline. You will measure and price from architects' and engineers' drawings, value subcontractor work, and track site progress. Approve orders against budget and report the cost position each month. Your numbers guide decisions and the site teams rely on them. A consistent workload and a clear path to Senior Quantity Surveyor are offered.

Required profile
- BSc or BTech in Quantity Surveying.
- Three to five years as a Quantity Surveyor.
- Confident measuring and pricing from drawings at current market rates.
- Subcontractor valuations and progress valuations for funding draws.
- Strong budget monitoring, forecasting and cost reporting.
- Accuracy under pressure and discretion with confidential information.
