Quality System Engineer

About the role
We are looking for a Quality System Engineer to lead the development and maintenance of our factory’s quality management system. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with ISO9001 standards and driving continuous improvement across all production departments.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and conduct ISO9001 certification audits, supporting product certification initiatives.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve the factory’s quality management system.
- Perform internal and external inspections to verify adherence to quality procedures.
- Monitor quality metrics, analyse market feedback, and propose corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve quality issues and promote best practices.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Minimum three years of professional experience in quality engineering or certification.
- Prior involvement in ISO9001 or similar certification projects is preferred.
Required skills
- Strong communication, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
- Fluent English for daily business communication.
