About the role
Accenture is seeking a Quality Engineering Analyst to ensure high‑quality software solutions for its Products & Platforms for HR, Talent and Skilling business unit. The role will apply testing best practices, automation and quality engineering principles across the software development lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop and execute test strategies, test plans and test cases covering functional, integration, regression and performance testing.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to support continuous integration and delivery.
- Collaborate with application developers and cross‑functional teams to ensure product reliability, performance and scalability.
- Focus on defect prevention, root‑cause analysis and continuous improvement of testing processes.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a quality engineering or software testing professional.
