Quality Control – Receiving Inspector

About the role

We are seeking a meticulous Quality Control – Receiving Inspector to ensure that all incoming parts, materials, and services meet our strict quality standards. You will perform advanced mechanical measurements, conduct tests, and manage inspection documentation in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform advanced mechanical measurements and inspections on purchased parts and materials according to defined criteria and test instructions.
• Use precision calibrated tools and instruments to measure components and calculate results against specifications.
• Analyze measurement data, reject non‑conforming items, and report failures to relevant departments promptly.
• Maintain and control measurement instruments, jigs, and fixtures required for inspections.
• Capture inspection data in the system and keep comprehensive quality documentation up to date.
• Support on‑time inspection targets and promote zero product quality escapes.
• Participate in root‑cause investigations and multi‑functional teams to evaluate corrective actions.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in quality inspection or a similar role.
• Strong ability to interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and metrology data.
• Experience with supply‑chain processes, supplier management, and on‑time delivery metrics.
• Excellent attention to detail, mathematical aptitude, and strong documentation skills.

Required skills

• Precision measuring tools and calibrated instruments.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
