Quality Assurance Manager

About the role

The Quality Assurance Manager will lead operational excellence and quality governance within a high‑performance financial services environment in Sandton, Gauteng. You will be responsible for ensuring consistent service quality, driving process optimisation, and supporting service recovery initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end quality assurance and service recovery functions to maintain service excellence.
• Drive process optimisation, operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and client‑service excellence programmes to enhance customer experience.
• Analyse operational and financial performance data to support decision‑making and reporting.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) essential.
• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Engineering or related field (advantageous).
• Certified Quality Manager (CQM), CMQ/OE, CQA or equivalent certification preferred.
• 5–6 years’ experience in quality assurance, operations or client‑service environments.
• 3–4 years’ managerial or leadership experience.
• Strong analytical, leadership and stakeholder‑management abilities.
