QSR Capability Coach

About the role

The QSR Capability Coach will act as the primary learning and development resource for stores and regional operations. Based in the field, you will travel across a portfolio of stores to ensure training effectiveness, compliance with brand standards, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Perform monthly Store Certification Audits and gap assessments to identify operational or leadership deficiencies.
• Facilitate Manager Train‑the‑Trainer (TTT) and New Country training sessions both virtually and in‑person.
• Execute mandatory 30‑day follow‑ups for all training to guarantee behavior change and SOP adherence.
• Respond to training requests from Regional Operations Managers within agreed service level agreements.
• Maintain a weekly activity log, tracking audit scores, pass/fail results, and action plans.

Required profile

• Ability to manage a portfolio of 8–12 stores, conducting 1–3 on‑site visits per day.
• Commitment to achieving a 100 % follow‑up completion rate.
• Strong attention to food safety protocols and brand compliance.
• Excellent reporting skills for gap analysis and intervention recommendations.
