QA/QC Manager – Civil Site Construction

About the role
The successful candidate will manage and oversee all Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions for a civil construction project, ensuring compliance with project specifications, South African engineering standards, ISO 9001, safety requirements and contractual obligations. The role drives workmanship excellence, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement across all construction phases.
Key responsibilities
- Apply sound knowledge of civil construction standards.
- Use an analytical and methodical approach to problem solving.
- Prepare and compile detailed technical reports with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Utilise Microsoft Office tools for documentation and reporting.
Required profile
- Civil engineering (N.Dipl/B.Tech) or related technical discipline.
- ISO 9001 internal auditing certification with 8‑10 years of site construction QA/QC experience.
- Valid driver’s licence.
