About the role
The Gauteng Department of Human Settlements is hiring four Provisioning Admin Officers on a 12‑month contract to support its supply chain management function.
Key responsibilities
- Administer the full contract lifecycle and prepare documentation according to SOPs.
- Verify performance guarantees and insurances for each contract.
- Capture contract data in SAP SRM and generate purchase orders.
Required profile
- Matric plus a Diploma or Degree (NQF 6/7) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Finance.
- 1–2 years of contract or supply‑chain management experience.
- Good computer literacy and communication skills.
