Property Sales Consultant - Weekday Remote Telesales

About the role

A fast-growing property investment group is looking for a proactive, phone-first Property Sales Consultant to run its outbound sales and appointment engine. The role is fully remote from South Africa, on a Monday to Friday schedule (09:00 to 17:00 UK time, with a 1-hour break), and starts on a 6-month fixed-term contract with the aim of moving to a permanent position based on performance and cultural fit.

Key responsibilities

• Proactive outbound calling: qualify warm leads coming through Leadrocket and Salesforce, and follow up until each lead is booked, qualified or closed.
• Valuation and appointment booking: contact prospective vendors to secure property valuation slots via Street CRM, handle objections and protect at-risk appointments.
• Scheduling: coordinate Viewber appointments, manage viewing calendars, resolve overlaps and hand over smoothly between vendors, applicants and senior UK sales leaders.
• CRM accuracy: keep records 100% current in Salesforce, Leadrocket, Street, Viewber and Google Workspace, with detailed call notes and next steps.
• Team communication: respond to internal messages within 15 minutes during shift hours.

Required profile

• Proven track record in high-volume outbound telesales, appointment setting or lead generation; you must enjoy making calls.
• Prior experience in UK estate agency, property management or UK telesales is highly advantageous.
• Flawless spoken and written English, with the ability to negotiate and create urgency on calls.
• Strict adherence to UK GDPR when handling confidential customer data.
• Availability to start on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
