Property Consultant – Commission Based (Dubai)

About the role

McCone Properties is looking for motivated Property Consultants to join its leasing team in Dubai. This commission‑only position offers professional training, daily paid commissions and the chance to work across the city’s most dynamic residential and investment communities.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, investors and owners.
• Stay up‑to‑date on Dubai market trends, pricing, new developments and inventory.
• Provide property consultations in line with RERA and DLD regulations.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, prospecting and marketing activities.
• Conduct property viewings and present suitable options.
• Negotiate offers and terms, close sales transactions and guide clients through the leasing process.
• Collaborate with marketing and admin teams to maximise property exposure.

Required profile

• Background in sales, business development, customer service, hospitality or real estate.
• Highly motivated, disciplined and target‑oriented.
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate within 1–3 months.
• Financial stability (recommended 6 months of savings).
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and negotiation skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Driving licence and car preferred.
