About the role
Join a well‑established organisation in the property sector as an Accountant. You will gain hands‑on exposure to the full accounting function while working with an experienced finance team in a specialised property environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare journals and maintain the general ledger
- Perform bank and balance‑sheet reconciliations
- Prepare trial balances and month‑end reports
- Manage VAT and tax calculations and submissions
- Assist with financial reporting and statutory compliance
- Maintain accurate financial records and support audits
Required profile
- National Diploma, BCom or BTech in Accounting or Finance
- 3‑5 years of accounting experience, with property industry experience essential
- Strong analytical, reconciliation and attention‑to‑detail abilities
Required skills
- MDA experience
- Power BI
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Strong VAT and tax knowledge
