About the role

This fixed‑term position (24 months) offers hands‑on experience coordinating New Product Development (NPD), Existing Product Development (EPD) and Value‑Added Product (VAP) projects from concept to launch. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure project documentation, timelines and reporting are accurate and up‑to‑date.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date templates, meeting minutes, reports and ensure document revision control.
• Update and manage project databases, SharePoint sites and local/regional folders.
• Consolidate project data and compile summary reports for stakeholders and leadership.
• Schedule key project meetings and prepare presentation decks.
• Support or lead initiatives in the innovation pipeline, coordinating NPD/EPD implementation from initiation to launch.
• Track project scope, create timelines and follow up on activities to meet deadlines.
• Facilitate phase‑in plans with planning and factories to minimise write‑offs during changes.
• Generate cost statements and participate in cost‑savings initiatives to expand gross margin.
