Project Supervisor

About the role

The Project Supervisor will lead the planning, scheduling and documentation of mining projects, ensuring alignment with organisational standards and ESG commitments. This role works closely with project teams and stakeholders to keep projects on track and deliverable.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project documentation, including definitions, specifications, estimates and drawings.
• Compile and adjust project plans and schedules, incorporating milestones, deliverables and scope changes.
• Track project progress, formulate metrics, and report on performance against agreed criteria.
• Identify projects at risk, recommend corrective actions and seek opportunities to reduce cycle time.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication of timelines and changes.
• Support organisational culture initiatives and ensure compliance with ESG and SHE standards.

Required profile

• NQF Level 6 (Diploma) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a project scheduler, project executor or project manager in a related industry.
• Medically fit for the specific business area.
• Clear security screening record and a valid driver’s licence.
