Project Plumber/Electrician Manager

About the role

Jerro Enterprise, a growing plumbing and construction company based in Durban, is seeking an experienced and reliable Project Plumber/Electrician Manager to lead on‑site projects and ensure successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise plumbing and electrical projects from start to completion.
• Coordinate and oversee site teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Monitor workmanship quality and enforce safety standards.
• Read and interpret plans, drawings and project specifications.
• Coordinate materials, equipment and labour requirements.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and suppliers.
• Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Identify and resolve site‑related technical and operational challenges.

Required profile

• Relevant plumbing and/or electrical qualifications.
• Proven experience in project or site management.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel to project sites.
• South African ID or valid work permit.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing and electrical installations.
