Project Manager – Technology & Business Projects

About the role

Confluent, a leading debt management business, is looking for a Project Manager to drive technology and business projects from conception through post‑deployment. You will own end‑to‑end delivery, ensuring that solutions meet business outcomes while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements, including process mapping and solution documentation.
• Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, timelines, risk assessment, dependencies and cost‑benefit analysis.
• Lead cross‑functional teams of developers, QA, trainers and other stakeholders, ensuring accountability to project commitments.
• Communicate project updates, risks and outcomes regularly to all stakeholders.
• Drive implementation and adoption through effective change management.
• Monitor post‑deployment performance, collect feedback and report impact.
• Efficiently hand over completed projects to maintain team capacity and workflow.

Required profile

• 2+ years proven experience coordinating and leading projects end‑to‑end in a technical or data‑driven environment.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Degree in finance, technology or a related field.
• Experience creating project documentation, reports and procedures.
• Ability to adapt quickly and take on business analysis when required.
• Proven experience working in an Agile delivery environment (Scrum/Kanban).
• Capability to balance Agile delivery with project governance, timelines and stakeholder expectations.
• PMI or Scrum Master certification and leadership experience are advantageous.
