Project Manager – Mining & Metals

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Engineering & Projects team, supporting mining and metals clients across South Africa (and Australia). The role will lead the delivery of projects from feasibility studies through detailed engineering to execution, ensuring safety, schedule, budget and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams through all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Manage feasibility studies, definitive feasibility studies, detailed engineering and construction phases.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact.
• Coordinate with project controls, construction management and engineering leads.
• Report progress to the Director of Engineering and Projects, APAC & RSA.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing mining or metals projects through the full project lifecycle.
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to lead high‑performing, multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work in a collaborative, globally connected environment.
