Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects that support organisational objectives. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and budget, while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules and allocate resources.
• Lead project teams, coordinating activities to meet milestones and deadlines.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate communication across teams, sponsors and stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports.
• Ensure quality assurance and adherence to organisational standards.
• Maintain project documentation and conduct post‑project evaluations.

Required profile

• Proven project management experience, preferably in IT or related environments.
• Strong organisational, leadership and communication abilities.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is desirable.
