Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, driving high‑impact A/B testing initiatives from concept through analysis. This client‑facing position ensures projects stay on schedule, aligned with strategy, and maintain momentum.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate cross‑functional teams of 5–10 members, overseeing the workflow from idea generation to launch and post‑launch analysis.
• Develop and maintain a testing roadmap of 10–20 upcoming experiments, communicating the rationale and expectations to clients.
• Serve as the main point of contact, providing clarity, positivity, and focus to keep stakeholders motivated and informed.

Required profile

• Strong organizational habits, with a preference for systems, checklists, and timelines.
• Proactive communicator who over‑communicates, flags risks early, and seeks assistance when needed.
• High‑agency learner who enjoys technology and design, asks insightful questions, and identifies patterns.
