Project Manager (Gaming Sector)

About the role

Rank Interactive, the digital arm of The Rank Group, is looking for an experienced and results‑driven Project Manager to join its high‑performing team in the gambling sector. You will be responsible for day‑to‑day management and coordination of software development projects, ensuring that delivery is well planned, controlled and communicated across all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver assigned projects end‑to‑end, managing scope, schedule, resources, risks and dependencies.
• Control project scope, document requirements and assess changes against governance.
• Develop, maintain and track project plans and milestones, proactively identifying timeline risks.
• Ensure quality controls, documentation, testing coordination and business readiness activities are in place.
• Provide clear, concise communication to stakeholders and build strong relationships across delivery teams.
• Coordinate cross‑functional resources, highlight constraints and support prioritisation.
• Apply agreed project‑management methods, tools and governance, including RAID logs and reporting.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues and dependencies with mitigation and escalation plans.
• Monitor project costs, support financial control and raise budget concerns promptly.
• Support business readiness and change activities to ensure successful adoption of outcomes.
• Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of standards and templates.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing multidisciplinary software development projects in fast‑paced, Agile environments.
