Project Manager – Engineering Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex engineering projects from initiation through to completion. The role involves managing scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, risks and stakeholder engagement to ensure delivery on time, within budget and to customer and contractual requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage allocated projects within contractual, technical, quality, commercial, and schedule requirements to achieve agreed objectives.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, resource allocations, execution strategies, and performance baselines.
• Monitor project finances, risks, opportunities, claims, and scope changes to protect profitability and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate engagement between customers, project teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and business stakeholders to align expectations and resolve issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related technical discipline.
• Formal Project Management qualification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent) advantageous.
• Proven experience managing engineering or technology projects in manufacturing, defence, aerospace or high‑technology environments.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating cross‑functional resources.
• Strong understanding of project governance, risk management and lifecycle management.
