Project Manager – eCOA Operations

About the role

Signant Health is seeking a Project Manager to lead eCOA operations for clinical studies. The role involves planning, executing, and delivering projects while managing budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communication. You will act as the primary contact for clients and ensure high‑quality project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of eCOA projects, including software development lifecycle for simple to medium complexity studies.
• Lead change control processes and ensure system releases meet client expectations.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
• Maintain project documentation and corporate systems, reviewing and approving deliverables.
• Handle client escalations independently and coordinate resolution with internal teams.
• Ensure clear and timely communication with clients, setting appropriate cadence and content.
• Account for financial health of projects, including vendor services, licensing, invoicing, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support multi‑product and complex project implementations.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading project teams and delivering results in a clinical or digital health environment.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to motivate result‑oriented teams.
• Excellent communication skills to build trust‑based relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage project risks, budgets, and timelines effectively.
