Project Manager – Data Centre & Infrastructure

About the role

The Project Manager will lead a variety of Operations Department projects, ranging from data centre infrastructure builds to large‑scale client deployments and security solution implementations. You will act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of delegated projects and serve as the main liaison for clients, suppliers and internal teams.
• Define project outcomes, capture stakeholder requirements and align deliverables with contractual obligations.
• Coordinate with technical experts and functional owners to make informed decisions.
• Develop integrated project plans with suppliers/sub‑contractors and monitor progress against agreed timelines.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks in collaboration with all parties.
• Conduct regular project meetings, document decisions and actions, and maintain a comprehensive project repository.
• Manage budgets, service orders and purchase orders, ensuring timely procurement.
• Ensure Operations and Infrastructure teams have the processes needed for a smooth go‑live transition.

Required profile

• Proactive leader with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical ability to interpret contractual and client requirements.
• Solid understanding of data centre, colocation and security solution environments.
• Effective communicator capable of facilitating meetings and documenting outcomes.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a personal vehicle.
