Project Manager – Construction & Property Development

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Manager to lead construction and property development projects, balancing site involvement, contractor coordination, quality control and timely delivery in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage contractors and oversee project deliverables across multiple development stages.
• Monitor and manage project quality, timelines, budgets, and delivery standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with construction specifications and project requirements.
• Coordinate and attend site meetings with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Review and issue construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Manage project changes and ensure all updates are effectively communicated and implemented.
• Ensure projects remain aligned with operational, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Provide accurate reporting and maintain project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in construction or property development.
• Previous exposure to construction project management or site coordination.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and contractor management.
• Excellent organisational and administrative abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Problem‑solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Preferred: site management exposure, experience in residential or commercial developments, contractor and stakeholder management experience.
