Project Engineer – Service Hub (Cape Town)

About the role

We are looking for a Project Engineer to join our Service Hub in Cape Town. You will support customers with remote or onsite technical assistance, logistics and supply‑chain coordination, and manage warranty and commercial projects from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee commercial projects from initiation to completion, including writing specifications for larger projects.
• Provide warranty support across multiple vessels and a wide variety of customers.
• Assess and respond to incoming warranty requests promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate logistics and supply‑chain activities to ensure timely delivery of parts and services.
• Manage the entire warranty process, from initial inquiry through service delivery, maintaining efficiency and a customer‑first mindset.
• Filter information, devise solutions, and keep customers informed of progress throughout the region.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused and proactive with a solution‑oriented attitude.
• Strong communication skills and ability to keep stakeholders updated.
• Highly organized, able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
