About the role
Prime System Solutions is looking for a Project Engineer specialized in cloud and infrastructure to join its Managed Services team. The role focuses on designing, deploying and supporting Microsoft‑centric cloud and on‑premise environments, ensuring reliable and secure operations.
Key responsibilities
- Design, deploy and manage Microsoft Azure environments, including Azure Virtual Desktop, Cloud PCs and multi‑tenant setups.
- Implement and administer Microsoft Intune for device management across Android, iOS and Windows platforms.
- Lead Active Directory migrations to Entra ID and configure Azure AD Connect, password hash sync, pass‑through authentication and ADFS.
- Maintain VMware infrastructure, perform version upgrades and manage virtual machine lifecycle.
- Configure DHCP, file servers and provision new servers both in Azure and on‑premise.
- Administer Microsoft 365 services with emphasis on Exchange Online, and implement email security (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
- Enforce Multi‑Factor Authentication policies and manage identity synchronization between cloud and on‑premise directories.
- Contribute to automation initiatives using AI‑assisted scripting and evaluate tools such as RMM platforms, ticketing and documentation systems.
Required profile
- Proven experience with Microsoft Azure, Intune, Microsoft 365 and VMware.
- Strong understanding of networking, troubleshooting and hardware components.
- Experience in cloud migrations, identity synchronization and server provisioning.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and DADO products is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, VMware Certified Professional) preferred.
