Project Coordinator – Remote (South Africa & Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Project Coordinator to support website development projects for a US‑based fully remote team. Reporting to the Head of Delivery, you will ensure smooth collaboration between internal developers and external agency partners while keeping projects on track.

Key responsibilities

• Track project timelines and task completion, flagging delays early.
• Coordinate daily task assignments between internal team members and external partners.
• Maintain and update Asana boards using Kanban methodology.
• Perform basic content updates in WordPress or Shopify (copy, images, layouts) using Elementor.
• Navigate GitHub repositories for user‑level QA testing.
• Monitor scope changes and alert leadership to potential scope creep.
• Identify bottlenecks and support process‑improvement initiatives.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders about status, deliverables, and milestones.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience, preferably in a digital or web‑development agency.
• Proven ability to manage teams and enforce defined processes.
• Familiarity with WordPress and Shopify is a plus.
• Experience with Asana, Kanban boards, and remote collaboration.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a fast‑paced remote environment.

• Competitive salary USD 1,600 – 2,000 per month.
