Project Coordinator

About the role
The Project Coordinator will act as the central point of contact for managing quotations, purchase orders and implementation communications with customers in the telecommunications sector. This role ensures smooth end‑to‑end processing, timely PO issuance and high customer satisfaction through proactive coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Utilise Microsoft Word, Excel and related Office tools to prepare and track daily quotation submissions.
- Submit quotations into the customer’s system each day and monitor them through to successful completion.
- Maintain purchase‑order status, perform weekly updates and investigate any rejections to guarantee timely issuance.
- Work with internal and customer IT teams to resolve PO system issues and ensure smooth issuance.
- Communicate daily with the customer’s implementation team to address concerns and uphold service quality.
Required profile
- Previous experience in the telecommunications industry.
- Relevant diploma or degree.
- Strong communication abilities and highly organised work style.
