Project Coordinator

About the role

Projex is looking for a highly organized Project Coordinator to support day‑to‑day project operations, client coordination, and administrative processes. The role is fully remote and requires working EST business hours, making it ideal for candidates who thrive in fast‑paced environments and enjoy keeping projects moving from initiation to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage order placement, track orders and provide timely updates to internal teams and clients.
• Coordinate invoicing, billing, receivables, retention and overall project‑related financial tracking.
• Review and vet incoming RFPs, respond to submissions, and initiate scope, specification and pricing processes.
• Schedule service and warranty activities, submit warranty claims and order replacement parts.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, GC pre‑qualification records and compliance‑related tasks.
• Support internal project management workflows and operational processes.

Required profile

• Previous experience in project coordination, operations coordination, construction administration or a related role.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and deadline‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Experience using project management tools.
