About the role
We’re looking for a talented Project Architect to join our studio in De Waterkant, Cape Town. The role involves leading architectural projects from concept through delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and deliver architectural projects independently.
- Develop design concepts, technical drawings and presentations.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Registered with SACAP.
- 4–5 years of professional architectural experience.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD (essential).
- Experience with Twinmotion or other rendering software (advantageous).
What we offer
- Full‑time, on‑site position.
