Product Manager

About the role

Rank Interactive, the digital arm of The Rank Group, is seeking a Product Manager to lead the definition, delivery, and optimisation of digital gaming products. You will work closely with Design, Engineering and key stakeholders to translate strategy into actionable plans that deliver customer value and commercial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage clearly defined product areas, turning strategic objectives into scoped initiatives.
• Collaborate with Experience Designers and Engineers throughout discovery, delivery and optimisation.
• Define and prioritise product requirements, balancing customer needs, business value and delivery constraints.
• Use customer insight, market research and performance data to inform decisions and iterate on solutions.
• Manage backlogs, roadmaps and delivery plans to ensure timely, high‑quality execution.
• Engage stakeholders to share progress, manage expectations and surface risks or trade‑offs.
• Measure outcomes and benefits, using in‑market results to continuously improve product performance.
• Contribute to team standards, ways of working and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Experience managing digital products or services through the full product lifecycle.
• Solid understanding of product management principles, including discovery, prioritisation and delivery.
• Ability to analyse data and customer insight to support decision‑making.
• Strong collaboration skills and comfort working in cross‑functional teams.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to explain decisions and trade‑offs.
• Proactive mindset with curiosity to learn, improve and grow product craft.
