Product Manager – Front‑End Channel Suite

About the role

The Product Manager drives the delivery of Connect’s full channel suite – the app, Nova, USSD, IVR and self‑service – ensuring a seamless front‑end experience for customers. Reporting to the Product Head, the role works closely with software development, UI/UX and business teams to translate strategy into tangible product outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end front‑end delivery of Connect’s channel suite, coordinating development, UI/UX and integration with back‑end APIs.
• Lead and mentor front‑end developers, UI and UX teams across all touchpoints, managing timelines and delivery plans.
• Produce product artefacts such as roadmaps, business cases, functional specifications and ensure alignment with business strategy.
• Use data, metrics and client feedback to validate features, test hypotheses and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Honours preferred) with at least 8 years senior‑level product development experience, including 5 years of managing product delivery.
• Proven experience in technical roles, communicating with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, and coordinating UI/UX teams.
• Strong financial acumen, budget management skills and familiarity with banking or financial services environments.
