Product Developer

About the role

The Product Developer will act as the voice of the client, customer and consumer, shaping product vision and strategy to meet their needs. Working closely with the Product Office, DevOps and Data teams, the role translates business requirements into actionable work items and ensures delivery aligns with the roadmap and user pain points.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Product Office in managing and prioritising the requirements funnel and collaborate with DevOps and Data teams to schedule work into sprints.
• Contribute to creating value for clients and building a delivery roadmap based on market and user research.
• Clarify and detail business requirements, including acceptance criteria, and convert them into user stories.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to establish requirements and ensure compliance with legislation, policies and risk‑mitigation procedures.
• Conduct market and user research and manage the Net Promoter Score tool.
• Deliver product value throughout the entire product life‑cycle, from conception to release.

Required profile

• BSc degree in Information Technology or an equivalent qualification.
• 5‑8 years of experience in an e‑commerce product environment, with a strong customer focus.
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies and awareness of industry trends.
• High level of organisation, attention to detail and personal accountability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, problem‑solving and teamwork skills.
